This is a wonderful Wooden Slatted Tray from the Ifugao people of the Luzon Cordillera Range of the Philippines. In the Philippines the condition and climate is ripe for the growth and production of coffee. This tray is used in the process of drying coffee. The beans are put on the tray and placed in the sun to dry. This particular type of drying tray is unusual and hard to find. This is a very unusual Ifugao coffee drying tray and would be a wonderful addition to your collection or home.
