This is a Beautiful Black Sgaw Women's Blouse with Embroidery and Seed Work from the Karen Sgaw Tribal People who dwell in the mountain and valley regions of Southeast Asia. The blouse is a woven indigo dyed homespun cotton at the top and the lower portion of the blouse has bright red embroidery and embellished with jobs tear seeds. The blouse is sleeveless but the cloth falls over the shoulders like a cap like effect. This blouse would part of the women's wedding clothes. This is a beautiful example of vintage tradition clothing made by Karen Tribe Of Southeast Asia. A wonderful item to adorn or home or add to your collection.
