I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Just contact me within: 3 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 7 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 1 hours of purchase

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Returns are welcome after 3 days, please contact me upon arrival of package, and shipped within 7 days. They must be returned in the same condition that they were purchased in. Shipping is the responsibility of you the buyer. A full refund will be given when the arrives in the same condition as purchased. All international orders will not be refunded if lost, unless the buyer has purchased a signature and or insurance. We assume all responsibility on lost items sold within the United States.
