This is a Fabulous Lumi Shell Skirt or a Cache-Sex Apron Worn by Unmarried Women in West/Upper Sepik Region, Papua New Guinea. The skirt would be adorned with rows of clam shells and cone shells with bits and pieces of both shells in large and small pieces.
