Out of More Money Than Intended and Disappointed. I had purchased three of the shell clasps that were intended to be used as promised gifts for loved ones. However, due to extremely odd circumstances, my package never arrived. I contacted this store for a replacement for my order but was disappointed to discover that I would still have to pay for replacements and that a refund was not an option. Very sorry to leave this review, but I was really hoping for better customer service. Never had an Etsy experience like this before.
