When the first shell that I ordered arrived broken due to being packaged in an envelope rather than a box, the seller made it right immediately and sent another one. I was a little disappointed to see that they shipped the second shell in an envelope again instead of a small box, which would’ve offered much better protection for such a fragile shell, but luckily it arrived unscathed.

Definitely one of my favorite purchases. I use it as my jewelry holder and sometimes wired earphone holder. I got so many compliments whenever I take it out in public. My only concern is the metal clutch. It doesn't fasten the shells closed but I'm not mad about it. Just wish it would clasp better. Overall a great shell case!
