This is a wonderful finely carved Old Fetish Statue Figure that comes from Democratic Republic of the Congo. Statues of figures like this were owned by a high ranking members of the Bwami secret society. Bone carved figures were status symbols that were used for teaching morals during initiation ceremonies.
