This Antique Miao Water Buffalo Gun Powder Flask is from from the Miao Minority Tribe from Southeast China. There are 3 flasks for carrying gun powder, and the used rifle cartridges are used both as stoppers and bullets and are held in the shaped spacers between the powder flasks. It was made by shaping and then sewing 2 pieces of heavy leather (probably water buffalo) together.
It is a rare piece around 1940's.

Returns are welcome after 3 days, please contact me upon arrival of package, and shipped within 7 days. They must be returned in the same condition that they were purchased in. Shipping is the responsibility of you the buyer. A full refund will be given when the arrives in the same condition as purchased.
