This is a fabulous Multi Strand of 25 Beads with 8 Panels of Magnificent Beading of Rust, Black, Orange and White Beads with Bone Dividers from the Konyak Tribal People of Nagaland, Northern India. Ornaments are very important to the Nagas, because besides fulfilling the decorative needs of the people, they serve visually to distinguish the warrior and commoner classes. Most of the ornaments are acquired in accordance with strict traditions. Naga ornaments consisted chiefly of a large number of necklaces composed of beads of all sorts and sizes.
