This is a beautiful Vintage African Copper and Silver Karamojong Comb from the people of Uganda . This Comb is worn by married women of this tribe to show that status. The Comb is strung on wire with African Copper Heishi, Copper Beads and African Brown Glass with a copper hook and eye clasp. This comb is hard to find on the the market today.beads are strung on tribal cord and then connected to a chain that has a hook and eye clasp. These beaded necklaces come in a variety of designs. This necklace was part of the Bacara Jewelry Collection of 25 years ago. This wonderful necklace can be worn by a man or a woman.
