This is a beautiful Vintage Hand Painted and Lacquered Rosewood Tall Drinking Glass from the Middle East. It is a rounded glass at the top and has the same shape and style as are regular drinking glass, but it carved out of rosewood, painted and lacquered on the outside. It is positively wonderful and so very unique. The orange, yellow and black designs has the same geometric markings going around the entire glass, just like their vintage spice boxes. These rosewood glasses were easy to travel with and didn't pose any risk of breaking like glass would. The glasses were also special and prized by their owner. Often times they were given as wedding gifts and handed down through generations. These wood glasses can be used for drinking liquids, as well as a great addition to your home or collection. Displaying these glasses on a shelf makes a fabulous decorative piece for your home.
I am offering fabulous items from Southeast Asia, Africa, Philippines, Papua New Guinea and the Middle East that I purchased from a private collection. These items were collected in the field 25 years ago.

Returns are welcome after 3 For all non EU Buyers and 14 Days for all EU Buyers, please contact me upon arrival of package, and shipped within 7 days the next after the return deadline. IF THERE WILL BE A DELAY IN THE RETURN YOU MUST NOTIFY US OF THIS. They must be returned in the same condition that they were purchased in. Shipping is the responsibility of you the buyer.
