This is a wonderful Vintage African Hand-Crafted Sistrum Clacker or Gourd Sistrum that is comprised of 2" diameter disc-shaped gourd pieces mounted on a spindle with cowrie shells that is connected to a smooth wood handle, and is made by Kamba craftsman and is used in village festivals. This clackler/rattle is very easy to play, and is fun and wonderful to share with the entire family. This would be a great gift or a unique item to add to collection.
