The item shipped and arrived very quickly (hence 2 stars), but did not accurately match it's description. The details of it's size contradicted each other and an obvious welding line around the diameter of the harmony ball was left out of the description and photos. Seller was snarky and difficult to deal with; I had to open a case just to get a return label and I've been refused a refund until they say they've received the return, despite confirmation from the mail carrier that it was shipped. I won't be a returning customer.
