I was disappointed at first until the owner was kind enough to explain or should I say remind me that the earrings are handmade. I was conscious of the possibility that the fastener, which had no movement might break as you had to bend it. So she sent me hooks that the earrings could be attached to eliminate the bending process to put them on. Thank you. I'll do business with them again.
